Halloween	My family and I first discovered your place last year and thought it would be just another cheesy attempt to scare people. Ya know, rubber masks and jumping out of bushes...that kinda thing...and when we first arrived I thought we were right. We pulled into the driveway and saw your amazing farmhouse (which, by the way, is our first choice for a B&B away from the kids ...but thats another adventure!) and thought "This is going to be stupid"!! We saw the witch first and she was pretty entertaining although I didnt realize how adult oriented the jokes were till it was too late! Then we hit the train and it was cool! I wouldnt say I was scared but I was definietly on the edge of my seat! After that it was off to see Harry Pothead..which was a nice warm break from being outside and we had a good time sipping hot chocolate and seeing his tricks. Finally, it was time for the Barn!!! My daughters were 11 and 15 at the time and spent half the time in line thinking they were the bravest on two legs. As we got closer and heard the screams, they both turned a little green and suddenly needed the ladies room and wanted to go for a walk!! ...so into the barn we went. Let me just say that by the time we got out of that barn, my youngest was crying, my oldest thought she was going to hyperventilate and I was freaking out!!! We stepped out and looked at each other realizing that we had all screamed like little girls and clung to each other and we were a little embarrassed... then we all burst out laughing! Special Events	Hello Judy, All refreshed and just about to head out on honeymoon part two this coming week. We are heading to Northern California in search of some summer weather! Field Trip	Thanks again for the wonderful time yesterday. Our special needs students as well as our staff really enjoy our time with your farm. Petting Farm	Six Pines Staff We the children at Bright Beginnings School age centre would like to thank you for the wonderful learning experience we had at your farm. We thought the best parts were the maze, and feeding the baby cow (calf). The teachers loved that staff went further into depth with the educational parts of the trip by discussing things like how many stomaches the animals had. Thanks for a great trip. Petting Farm	We had our first field trip at your farm and it was absolutely amazing. I was very impressed with your set up and all your staff was awesome. There truly was never a dull moment. Halloween	I just wanted to thank you so very much for an excellent adventure in SCARE. The girls, my and I had a great time and will surely be back for more. You were right with the Barn of Doom. That is the first time I had 9 girls clinging to me and 50% of them in tears. But when they left the building, they were laughing. No nightmares after as well, so that was a bonus. We had access to the picnic tables under cover and that helped as well since it started to rain. You and your family have done an excellent job and provided for a great birthday party. Six Pines not only has a personality all its own, but very caring and honest people that make it a Manitoba mark! Respectfully, Sam
Halloween	Hi James, Judy & all the great Staff, My sister & I are just getting the kids ready for our annual Thank's Giving wknd trip with the kids to Six Pines. All of us love going every year. Halloween	Hi There! I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how thrilled we were to visit your Halloween Tour this morning! This wasn't my first visit to Six Pines. I have brought a group of kids out there for the Halloween Tour for the last few years, and I think the 'upgrades' you have made ( the face painting shed, the new pirate ship, the 'countess' house') were amazing! Everything was wonderful, even the weather! My sister came in from Portage with her family and met us there, and we all had a blast! Captain Hook & Peter Pan were awesome with the children and kept the adults giggling as well. Your face painter was very patient and kind to us all. Your 'chip guy' was pleasant, even with all the orders he was taking care of. The Train of Terror was the scariest 10 minutes of screaming laughter I have ever had.....and a big hug goes to the guy who was very good at his job of scaring the you know what out of us! ;o) Anyways ....I just wanted to thank you for a job well done! I was proud to take my sister's family to your farm, and plan to send a lot more people your way. Thanks and Happy Halloween to you all! Your efforts are appreciated! D. M.
Halloween	Today I was at your Halloween Farm for a birthday party. I throught it was really cool! Especially the Terror Train! My Mom and Dad want to know the directions to the farm because I can't explain it. If you could e-mail me the direction I would really appreciate it! Thank-you for the great day!
Halloween	Hi James and Judy and all the great helpers of the Halloween Farm Tour. A great big thank you for the tickets given to me and my friends. We have been promoting your venture and are telling people how much we enjoyed our tour with the kids. I certainly commend you all on this great venture. I know how much time and effort went into this presentation of Halloween. Babies of all kind are lovely to see and Munchkin Land was great. Beetlejuice kept the kids from getting too cold. Count Dracula was a hit with the kids especially talking to them after the tour... they thought he was a star... the Witch made us all jump. Captain Hook was a hit with our kids especially Kyle who is 2 years old and felt very proud to hold Capt. Hook's sword. Our walk with Little Red Riding Hood was peaceful except for the Big Bad Wolf and making up scarecrows was fun and riding on the hayride was a great way to finish. Keep it up... how about Christmas now!!!
Special Events	Dear Judy & James We wanted to thank you for making our wedding day very special and memorable. It was fun for the adults and all the kids. The fresh country air, the barn, the animals all brought back many memories of our childhood. We had lots of room for activities for both adults and the kids. You were more than accommodating, always there to help and answer questions. We were complimented on many things we did for that day. It couldn't have happened without you. Your property was a backdrop for beautiful pictures that will be cherished for many years to come. We have recommended you for all kinds of events and will continue to do so.
