Camping For
Sparks / Brownies / Girl Guides
Cubs / Scouts
Any other large groups

The beauty of this secluded campsite is located amongst our 35 acres of trees and bush out back. You have to see it to believe it. It is only 15 minutes from the City of Winnipeg (St. James) and 30 minutes to downtown Winnipeg. This campsite comes equipped with outhouse, water station and picnic table. Be on the lookout for the many friendly deer that pass through the site. Country/Camping at its best. Many guides & scouts have earned their badges on our farm.

Stay over night or for the weekend. We can set up an itineary to suit your needs.

Learn about the farm animals, help with the morning chores.

"The 307th Sparks - 2005"
Group leader: Tracy Lafrance

"I spoke with Tracy from the 307th Sparks and she told me that your website was up and to check the camping section. It was great to see the pictures of our girls camping out last year. It brought back many great memories. Thank you again for the hospitality and the fun time."
-- Shannon and Kimberly, 307 Transcona Sparks

"Some responses from some of the girls about camping at your farm. All of the girls pretty much said the same thing, it was the ANIMALS they all loved. They liked sleeping in the "barn", and playing with the cats and dogs. I enjoyed camping at your farm because you and James are very accomodating and you are great with the girls. You make planning the camp very easy because you have so much to offer the girls that the camp is pretty much planned , except for the crafts. Thanks for everything."
-- Tracy , 307th Sparks

Open Rain or Shine. Indoor facilities available in one of the first buildings built back in 1911 at Six Pines. Big old red grain shed which was used a living quarters while the farm was being built by the Whiteheads back in 1911. Now is adjacent to covered picnic shelter and serves as either part of lunch room for day tours, or overnight camping facilities. A wonderful set up.

Camping commences first weekend in May and runs to the end of August.
